time consultants on staff world-wide. This team of professionals is versed in
all aspects of oil field services, the demands of the field, and the needs of
management. Additionally, PPI has a dedicated team of full time software
developers, electrical engineers and hardware specialists with decades of
experience working for some of the largest technology companies in the world.

Sullivan
Jim
McGrath

Mr. Sullivan was a co-founder of PPI and
its predecessor and has been a principal of and CEO since it began
operations in 1992. Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from
Mississippi State University. He has been involved in the oil and gas
industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since
1983, serving in various capacities with independent oil companies
including Taylor Energy and Sandefer Offshore.
Mr. McGrath joined PPI Technology
Services as the President of the Asset Tracking and Management division.
Mr. McGrath has a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and a Masters degree from the University of Miami. He is a
seasoned executive skilled in strategic technology analysis, and product
development and technology. Prior to joining PPI Technology Services, Mr.
McGrath was VP of Products for Trend Micro. Mr. McGrath has also held
senior positions for NetIQ and Citrix Systems.

Whiteley

Mr. Whiteley joined PPI Technology
Services in March 2002 as Completion Technology Manager. Mr. Whiteley has a
Bachelor of Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He began his
career in the Oil and Gas Industry as a Field Service Supervisor for Dowell
in 1978 and has held management positions with several major Oil and Gas
service companies. Mr. Whiteley holds 12 US and foreign mechanical and
business process patents.
Mr. Laase has developed software
technology for over 15 years. Mr. Laase is responsible for all software
development within PPI Asset Tracking and Management. Prior to joining the
PPI, Mr. Laase worked for several leading technology companies in Houston,
including NetIQ, PentaSafe Technologies, and PowerBrief Inc. While working at these companies, Mr.
Laase was in charge of developing robust and highly scalable SaaS applications.
Mr. Laase specializes in software development, database design, and
system architecture and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas
A&M University.
